CWF Staff

Backstage Staff

A German businessman who runs through wrestling companies all in his neverending search for more power. His official title is “President”. He is one of three co-owners of the CWF

That’s what he would have you believe when he is actually hyperborean from milenia ago having gained immortality when he took control of the Krimson Kharnival. A horrific carnival that sacrifices souls and sanity of adults to power ancient locks that keep unspeakable evils imprisoned.

A former wrestler turned mogul and wrestling trainer. He started as the first Tetsuo Oni almost 30 years ago, and moved up to owning his own federation or working on the boards of Interfeds. For many years he has been the director of the 4 Winds Academy location in Dallas, Texas and the Director of the whole operation, overall.

He has recently been revealed to be one of the new co-owners of the CWF. His official title is Chief of Operations (COO)

He has maybe as many secrets as Armand Von Krauss.

Currently the Creative Director of Production and Booking.

A former wrestler who now mostly trains wrestlers out of the 4 Winds Academy in Okinawa Japan. Through that he has connections with an organization named “The Order” of which he is a high ranking officer.
With the legal battles over, Blaise has opted to stay on as the Commissioner, and is the acting proxy for Ian Childress (His cousin by marriage) if he’s not present.
He hails from the (in)famous McClancy wrestling clan.

Calleen Aine Fortune – Salazar has been with the CWF for a while now, as the manager of her now husband, Greg Salazar (fka Tetsuo Oni III).

She was brought on to assist with Talent Relations by Blaise McClancy as the behest of Von Krauss.
She is an acting head of Talent Relations. What some don’t know is that she is also an agent of the Order, that McClancy has ties with.

When Blaise McClancy came into the federation, the first thing he did was to fill the Head of Security position that was also vacated due to court issues. He chose his former tag team partner in the ring, and tag team partner for life in his wife, Yukio Kushinaga-McClancy.

She’s a small woman, but expert in martial arts, and not afraid to use extendable asp batons on someone who she feels needs needs to be reprimanded.

Jane is the General Manager of the Vanguard show and handles all of its tasks on behalf of the CWF.

Interview & Reporting Team

Alyssa has had a tumultuous relationship with professional wrestling. At first, she was known as that reporter that dated the wrestlers. Moving from one wrestler to another, she was jokingly referred to as a morale booster. One such relationship unfortunately resulted in a sex tape being leaked.
Her popularity skyrocketed, so did her partying. She was spiralling out of control, well on her way to being a footnote. Just another piece of eye candy.
Then she met a wrestler that would change her life. At first he seemed to torment her, but as time went on it became clear he was testing her. Challenging her to be more than some throw away gag. She rose to the occasion.
Years later, this Alyssa is a different women. Intelligent, street smart and professional; the Italian-American beauty learned the value of hard work, the hard way.
Her presence in Conquest Wrestling Federation ensures a journalistic integrity few others could replicate.
She is also in charge of the CWF’s Press and Media Division.

Joseph Greer is one of the most well known and respected voices in the entire field of pro wrestling. Boasting years of experience, he has been lauded as ‘knowledgeable’,
‘articulate’, ‘insightful’, and ‘sharp’. He has also been labelled ‘difficult to work with’,
‘pedantic’ and ‘short tempered’. He has worked with Tommy Onions as long as anyone remembers from RSW to eWrestling Monthly to LWA and now CWF. How they put up with one another without murder is anyone’s guess.

James “Jimmy” Collins is the CWF’s news correspondent. He maintains the CWF’s media presence and tries to get the scoop on things before the dirt sheets do.

He used to run his own wrestling news site called “Real Wrestling News”, trying to not be a “smark” and report news as it was intended to be.

He also occasionally does sit down in depth interviews with the staff and talent of the CWF.

#OnionsNation. #OnionSauce. #BetWith Tommy. All global #1 trends on Twitter inspired by the ramblings of this lunatic, who could perhaps be best described as a ‘loveable idiot’. Tommy Onions had no experience of pro wrestling whatsoever before being hired by RSW. He made his name as a shock-jock radio presenter and DJ at a number of illegal raves, many of which came to sudden and violent ends. Some speculated that Tommy chose his set specifically in an order most likely to start civil disorder and incite fighting. What he lacks for in wrestling knowledge he more than makes up for in terms of his drug habit, on-air gambling, toilet humour and thirst for bloodshed in the ring. You’ll never impress Tommy with a butterfly suplex, but tear into someone with a barbed wire bat and you’ll find him singing your praises.
Inbetween placing bets and vocalising his opinions on the perceived attractiveness of RSW’s female wrestlers, he loves nothing better than upsetting Joe Greer as much as humanly possible. Tommy has slipped from working RSW to eWrestling Monthly to LWA and now CWF. He certainly gets around and drags Joseph Greer with him.

Warzone Ringside Crew

At only 21 years old Eric is by far the least experienced member of the CWF Staff but is a self proclaimed ‘Super-fan’.
Discovered by Joey Lazarus at a local event in his native Detroit, Eric was hired primarily for his ‘look’ and the fact that he was willing to sign a ridiculously long term low ball offer for any prospective in-ring talent.
As Eric took his first – extremely shaky – steps toward an in ring career it was discovered that he had an undiagnosed case of Dyspraxia as he – repeatedly – fell flat on his face.
The original backstage staff was irate to discover that Eric was now tied to a long term contract and no hope of ever transitioning into the ring. Begrudgingly Eric was appointed the role of Ring Announcer, a role Lazarus is now forced to pay the young man way over the going rate to fill.

Brand new to the industry, Charlotte is eager to please and driven to succeed. Hired on the spot by Joey Lazarus to fill a corporate role within an “Unrivaled Global Sports League” the beautiful blonde was sold on an opportunity which didn’t actually exist. Expecting Board Meetings and Private Jets, Charlotte was instead handed “The Best Seat In The House” and named as the CWF Official Timekeeper, as Laz endeavored to keep her close during the Conquest Tour.
Of Swedish descent by way of Eastern Canada, the six foot blonde can be found at the timekeeper’s desk with ring announcer Eric Wilson. Quick with the bell and impeccable in her record keeping, CWF’s statistics, records and achievements are more than safe her in capable hands.

“Stitch”, as he became known during his time as a cut man, has been working combat sport events for the past eight years.
A former paramedic, he tired of seeing kids and young adults in his ambulance and decided to leave ambulance work in favour of private medic services. Working boxing and MMA events led to cut man work which brought him to the attention of Joey Lazarus following a particularly violent MMA bout where a durable competitor only stayed in the fight due to Danny’s skill. Going on to win the fight in spectacular comeback fashion, he thanked “stitch” in his post fight interview.
In charge of the health and we’ll being of the roster, Daniel takes his position very seriously and treats heels and faces with the same attention to detail and compassion he showed as an emergency service paramedic.

Referees

Honest and hardworking, Scott Jones was raised in a small town in Illinois by blue collar parents. In the ring, Jones’ classic small town American upbringing shines as he calls every match right down the middle with an “aww shucks” smile on his face.
Incorruptible, the experienced referee was a great get for Conquest Wrestling Federation and should help add stability to the referee pool with Ashley Beaton and referee in training; Erica.
The most physically imposing of the referees, Scott will not hesitate to remind any wrestler who steps out of line just who is in charge.

He was recently promoted to head referee after the abrupt “retirement” of Clyde Baxter.

Match writing effect: Calls matches fairly and is extremely difficult to intimidate.

Ashley is from the east coast of Canada and brings that Canadian niceness with her in all her dealings. However, inside the ring it’s her way or the highway.
Extremely hardworking and looking to constantly prove herself in a profession dominated by men, Ashley sets her personal bar incredibly high. She’s tough but fair, an excellent all around referee and mentor to Erica Costa-Alvarez.
Clyde Baxter had better watch his back, it is only a matter of time before people start wondering when he will retire, and Ashley will become Senior Referee.

Match writing effect: Ashley is extremely competent, very few offences will be missed. She will enforce the rules to the letter.

Hailing from the streets of New York, New York; Leroy always had to hustle to survive.
Organizing neighborhood fights as a teen, he often served as both bookie and referee before coming to the attention of a local Indy promotion and being offered a chance to “go legit”.
Using money to help support his mother and siblings, this developed an “anything for money” approach to life that has followed Leroy through his referee career.
Leroy has been at the center of a number of allegations involving supposed bribes by competitors. Joey Lazarus has brought Leroy in because of the controversy and attention he garners for his fledgling promotion.

Match Writing effect: Leroy is bribe-able. One or more competitors may message CWF staff and attempt to bribe this referee. This will not overturn the result of a match, but will result in favorable calls for your character. If more than one competitor bribes Leroy, he simply sides with whomever offered more.

This twenty year old, rookie referee has been restricted to dark matches as she gains experience under the watchful eye of Ashley Beaton. Erica has, thus far, shown herself to be an honest and competent, and a tad green, referee.
Picked solely so Joey Lazarus could promote that he hired a local girl, the young Brazilian understands the opportunity she is being given and has promised not to squander it.
Learning on the job, Erica will likely experience ’growing pains’ as she establishes the type of referee she will be.

Match writing effect: Erica is honest and fair but her inexperience can be taken advantage of by heels.

This new recruit to the referee stable was from the referee contest as voted upon by the talent. She is a young, up, and coming thing from the United States. She promises to call a fair match, but without much training on the job how fair could that really be?

Match writing effect: Georgina is barely trained and can miss some things.

This young man also won his referee spot through a contest, but Troy feels like he should be a champion for the downtrodden and the weak. In a world of heels, he thinks he is a face and will act accordingly during a match to look for the “bad guys” to be doing something wrong to punish them for it.

Match writing effect: Troy will be for the Faces and against the Heels in any situation.
