The patented CWF drone fly goes over the crowd as the fireworks goes off around the stage, and then a line down the center of the ramp, away from the crowd, and then to the ring where all four ring posts
The drones fly around showing the crowd here in Nashville’s Bridgestone Arenea, the screen shows that 17,768 CWF fans have joined us live tonight in the Arena, out of a capacity of 20,000 people for a ringed sports event with a stage.
Eric Wilson steps out onto the stage to a huge roar from the amassed crowd. He soaks the cheering up for a bit, and then addresses the crowd.
Eric Wilson – Good evening Nashville, Tennessee!
The crowd roars with his acknowledgement.
Eric Wilson – Welcome to the final episode of Conquest Wrestling’s Warzone before Civil Warfare comes to you from the Carolinas. The Vanguard preshow, Civil Disobedience will come to you from the historic Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. And Civil Warfare itself will come to you from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, in Greenville, South Carolina.
Again the crowd cheers as they react to Eric on the stage.
Eric Wilson – But tonight we’re in Nashville, and we’ve got some great matches for you. So let’s go to our ringside announcers, Benjamin Price and “Fast” Eddie Vega!
The cameras switch over to the announcer’s table as Ben Price and Eddie Vega are sitting there.
Ben Price – That’s for the intro Eric, and while you head to the ring for our first match, let’s get you all ready. We have four awesome matches for you tonight as we go into our go home show for Civil Warfare.
Eddie Vega – Tonight’s main event, no titles, but these two have had battles in the past in many different federations: The Elite Champion, Father Nathan O’Connell will face off against one of our owners, Valora Salinas as she gets ready for her match at Civil Warfare against someone who will be in our opening match up, Kara Reinhardt.
Ben Price – Kara Reinhardt thinks that Valora Salinas has been stiffing the wrestlers and, well, been ignoring her calls for a Conquest Title Match up. So she’s been booked in our opening match against two people who do have singles, individual wins against her… a handicap hardcore match up against Abby Dresden and Akame McClancy, the Wild Hunt.
Eddie Vega – A huge match on it’s own, but it’s our opener tonight.
Ben Price – We’ve also got a huge tag team match up… the Dynasty Era, Apathy and her husband, Eoin O’Rourke tagging together against the Eternal Grove’s Annwn. Father Nathan will make his presence known as the special guest referee for this match up.
Eddie Vega – And at Civil Warfare it’s Father Nathan against Eoin O’Rourke in a Irish Pub Brawl for the Elite Championship.
Ben Price – Not to mention, Apathy will finally get her declared shot at the Conquest Title, held by one half of the Annwn, the Conquest Champion, Samael Drago. But his tag team partner, Viktor Kriegson, is a huge wild card in this match up.
Eddie Vega – We’ll also see one of the finalists in the Skirmish Title Tourney in a match against “Malibu” Mike Swanson.
Ben Price – And the Skirmish Championship, our new light heavyweight championship will be determined at Civil Unrest in Greensboro. Three members of the Upstarts: Abby Dresden, Akame McClancy, and Fiona O’Connell will be joined by Kat Hale in a four way elimination match, with Valora Salinas as the special guest referee.
Eddie Vega – And one more match up we already know about for Civil Unrest, Madd Morales will be defending the Valor Championship against not just Trelisa Perrault to settle their score, but after the time limit draw on last Vanguard, Ravyen Reinhardt has been added to that match as well.
Ben Price – We may find out more about Civil Warfare and Civil Unrest tonight. But it’s time for our first match up… Kara Reinhardt against both members of the Wild Hunt in a Handicap match under Hardcore Rules.
Eddie Vega – Uhm, referees?
Ben Price – Oh, right. We have two more referees in consideration for tonight’s show, like we had on Vanguard. And our first match up has one of those newcomers.
Eddie Vega – Who do we have?
Ben Price – Prudence Sharpe, a former nun and current body builder.
Eddie Vega – Another muscle mommy?
Ben Price – I guess.
Eddie Vega – You said former nun? So she’s not anymore?
Ben Price – I guess. We have a match to get to. So let’s go to Mr. Wilson in the ring.
Handicap Match – Kara Reinhardt -vs- The Wild Hunt

The camera switches to the ring, where a couple of metal trash cans have been added, filled with various “usual’ weapons for a hardcore match up.
Eric Wilson – The following match up is a hardcore rules handicap match with a 20 minute time limit. Introducing first,
Fog rolls out across the stage first, thick and low, before a single spotlight cuts through it to reveal Akame McClancy standing motionless in an ornate robe, an Oni mask mounted on a short pole held at her side like a herald’s standard. She lets the moment breathe, soaking in the music, before finally raising her free hand and pointing it out toward the crowd.
Mist continues to spill from the stage as Abbigail Dresden emerges behind her partner, black leather jacket zipped up, arms extending out to either side as she closes her eyes and lets the crowd’s reaction wash over her.
Eric Wilson – And their opponents, weighing in at a total combined weight of three hundred and ten pounds… They are the reigning 4 Winds Wrestling DYAD Champions… “Reckless” Akame McClancy and Abigail Dresden… THE WILD HUNT!
Abigail kicks her leg up and brings it down hard, drawing a pop, before bouncing on the balls of her feet and starting her walk down the ramp, slapping hands with fans along the barricade the entire way. Akame follows a step behind, flag in hand, more measured, more composed, nodding respectfully to fans rather than engaging them directly.
Ben Price – The Wild Hunt are here on a mission tonight. Especially after it came out that Kara Reinhardt was the one that attacked Abby Dresden.
Eddie Vega – Both might be pissed off, but they’re also looking to take out Kara Reinhardt to maybe claim a tag team match up for Civil Warfare.
Ben Price – That’s true, and it wouldn’t have to be Kara Reinhardt that defends the tag team titles. While she and her niece, Rayven won the tag team titles, anyone in Bad Company can defend them. But, both members of the Wild Hunt are also in the finals for the Skirmish Championship.
Eric Wilson – And their opponent, hailing from Dresden, Federal Republic of Germany. She comes in at 6 feet tall, and around 200 lbs. This is Kara REINHARDT!
The lights dim and ‘Ich Tu Dir Weh’ by Rammstein plays over the PA as Kara makes her way out from the backstage area, pausing at the top of the entryway. She’s ready for action already, and carrying a large pipe with her. She looks down at the ring and points to the two in the ring, and then at the pipe. She makes her way to the ring with a slow, methodical pace and walks up the steps.
Ben Price – That’s a big pipe. And looks very similar to one recently used in the Buddy Bowl II in FWA where Abigail Dresden took a hit to the head that cost the Wild Hunt their match in that tag team tournament.
Eddie Vega – I’m not going to argue with the use of a nice iron pipe.
Reinhardt starts to climb through the ropes when both members of the Wild Hunt run at her. Dresden catches Reinhardt in the side of the head with a big boot, while McClancy dives with a tope catching Reinhardt in the ribs with both her hands and sends both of them tumbling out of the ring to the outside. The big iron pipe slides away from Reinhardt with the landing.
Ben Price – And the Wild Hunt gets things started even before the bell.
DING! DING!
Reinhardt works her way to her feet quickly. She grabs McClancy who is most of the way up and pulls her into a belly to belly hug setup. Dresden had climbed through the ring ropes and managed to catch Reinhardt with a kick to the head, followed by grabbing the ropes and getting a stomp in. Reinhardt’s hands slip on the hold, and McClancy gets a step back followed by a spinning backfist.
Dresden hops down to the ring side floor, and both she and McClancy hook Reinhardt’s arms and then take her over with a double hiptoss onto the ring steps.
Eddie Vega – Well, so far so good for the Wild Hunt, and they’re really working as a team here.
McClancy grabs the second rope and pulls herself up to the ring apron. She reaches into the ring and shinai Kendo stick from the trash can and drops it down to Dresden. She reaches in again, and grabs one for herself.
Dresden winds up and goes to hit Reinhardt with the Shinai but Kara catches with with both hands while it’s coming down. Dresden tries to pull at the kendo stick, but can’t quite get it out of Reinhardt’s grip. Kara pulls her and ends up pulling Dresden into a knee to the face. Dresden stumbles backwards.
Ben Price – Kara Reinhardt gets a power move over Abby Dresden, and rocks the former Conquest Champion.
Before Reinhardt can fully recover, McClancy smacks downward with her kendo stick. Two quick whacks across her chest. McClancy then puts the Kendo stick over her head, and does a cartwheel with the stick being used as her base, across Reinhardt’s upper chest, almost on her throat.
Ben Price – And some unique offence from Akame McClancy here.
Eddie Vega – If that went across Kara Reinhardt’s throat, that’s despicable but also very effective. If they can keep the bigger woman in this match up unable to breathe properly…
Ben Price – Big woman needs to breathe more, you’re not wrong there.
Coming to her feet out of the cartwheel, Akame McClancy brings the shinai down onto Reinhardt’s chest. She smacks the shinai down again, and this time, Kara takes the hit and rolls off the ring steps. McClancy keeps swinging, hitting Kara a few more times across the back.
Ben Price – And the Reckless one is taking it to Kara Reinhardt with that Kendo stick.
Eddie Vega – She did seem to have declared this a bit personal.
Akame hits her again and can be heard yelling something.
Akame McClancy – That one’s for Kelea!
And she hits her again, as Reinhardt gets to her knees.
Akame McClancy – That’s for the attack on Abby!
And again, she hits Reinhardt as she comes up to her feet.
Akame swings again, but this time Kara catches it in her hand. She headbutts Akame, sending her back to the barricade. Kara keeps hold of the kendo stick and pulls it back to hit Akame.
Eddie Vega – Akame McClancy had a list of wrongs she wanted to take out on Kara Reinhardt. But now the tables have turned.
Reinhardt swings once, sideways, and catches McClancy in the ribs. The Shinai appears to crack, and break when it hits. Kara takes a look at the now broken Kendo stick and tosses it down.
Ben Price – And she just broke the Kendo stick on McClancy’s ribs.
Kara grabs McClancy and pulls her in so her head is between her thighs. She gets ready to pull up, but she’s met by a folded chair to the face from Abby Dresden. A crack goes through the arena with the impact.
Ben Price – Okay, that sounded like it hurt.
Dresden grabs the chair to use it as a battering ram, and she catches Kara in the ribs. Kara steps back, holding her forehead still. Dresden swings the chair, a little wild, but clips Reinhardt on her arm, shoulder, and head. She lets the swing take the chair out of her hands, dropping it to the floor. She calls out something and steps in, ducking under a wild punch.
Ben Price – Abby Dresden with a huge save for her partner, and I think she might have already broken Kara Reinhardt open.
Dresden grabs Reinhardt’s free arm, and pulls her in, twists, getting behind her. She executes a reverse russian legsweep on Reinhardt while McClancy comes off the second ring step backwards, spiking Reinhardt on top of the chair, with a cutter type move.
Ben Price – And tag team double team from the Wild Hunt.
McClancy looks to have landed on the legs of the chair hard and rolls away. Dresden rolls Reinhardt over and hooks her leg, calling for the referee to climb down for the count. Prudence Sharpe drives down and rolls out of the ring. She drops down and starts to count Reinhardt out.
… One
……. Two
… Kickout with some authority, Dresden is pushed off Reinhardt fully.
Ben Price – And Kara Reinhardt shows her power kicking out with enough power to throw the woman next in size in this match right off of her.
Eddie Vega – What is it, 25 lbs and 2, maybe 3 inches separate Kara Reinhardt on the heavier end, from Abby Dresden. And Akame McClancy is a good 7 inches shorter and 70 lbs lighter.
Ben Price – Size isn’t everything.
Reinhardt scrambles to her feet. As Dresden is coming up as well, Reinhardt comes in with a huge knee strike that bounces Dresden into the ring steps as well. McClancy suddenly comes into the scene, running up the ring steps and delivering a knee of her own as she launches off of them. Reinhardt falls back to the ring apron, but stays on her feet.
Ben Price – Kara Reinhardt is one tough cookie here.
Eddie Vega – You can use something stronger. She’s a bad ass bitch is what she is.
Dresden comes to her feet, and reaches into the ring, pulling what looks like a crutch out. She lines up and swings it at Reinhardt, who gets her arm up to block, breaking the crutch.
Reinhardt lashes out with a kick that takes Dresden’s foot out from under her, dropping her to one knee. Then Kara follows up with an attempted punch, which catches Dresden on the jaw and drops her face first on the floor. Reinhardt goes to pull her up but McClancy slips in, locks her arm and then scoops her up and over with a judo take down. Reinhardt rolls with the take down, and grabs ahold of McClancy’s wrist, and whips her hard into the barricade. The barricade actually moves a bit, but doesn’t break free or fall over.
Ben Price – Reinhardt showing her power.
Reinhardt looks down and sees the pipe she’d brought down is now at her feet. She reaches down and picks it up. She smiles, looking out into the crowd before she cinches up on it like a baseball bat. She comes in for the hit, but Akame dodges… most of it. She catches a grazing shot on her upper arm, and falls backwards over the barricade, holding her shoulder.
Eddie Vega – Yeah! Now we get some iron pipe action here.
Kara starts to climb over the barricade to get at the much smaller opponent, but as she gets one leg over, McClancy jumps up and hits her with a spinning back kick. Reinhardt takes the hit in her chest. She pulls back with the iron pipe with one hand… but before she can swing, Abby Dresden grabs it with one hand, and hits Reinhardt in the chest with what looks like… a cricket bat.
Ben Price – A cricket bat! Not a usual weapon in one of these. But I’m sure Abby Dresden played Cricket in her school years in Wales.
Eddie Vega – OH! I know this, actually, in the U.K. a popular sport for girls is ‘Rounders’ which is closer to American baseball. Might be why her and William get along as well as they do!
Ben Price – Interesting tidbit of info there Eddy, but still safe to safe she has played cricket growing up in the U.K.
Dresden manages to pull the iron pipe out of Reinhardt’s hand, tossing it away and then waving her hand that had held it like it was hurt. Reinhardt starts to come back over the barricade, when Dresden notices.
Eddie Vega – And Reinhardt changing direction here.
Reinhardt doesn’t get far, as Dresden swings the bat at her front again, but she’s also hit in the back by McClancy who had picked up one of the chairs at ringside, folded it up and used it to hit Reinhardt in the back.
Ben Price – Ouch! Hit from the front with a cricket bat and from the back with a chair! Abby and Akame aren’t pulling any punches!
Eddie Vega – Ben.. look at her.
Reinhardt does her best terminator impression as she stands up straight, seemingly unaffected by the blows. Abby and Akame stand and look on, shocked as the mics in the area pick up Kara.
Kara Rainhardt – Right. Playtime’s over, girls.
Akame raises the chair to swing again but Kara punches the chair into Akame’s face, sending her stumbling back. Kara takes the chair and spins quickly, using it as a shield to block Abby’s cricket bat and pivots, slipping behind Abby and brings the chair down on her back, looking at the two girls on the ground.
Kara Rainhardt – I didn’t ask for this! Think about that the next time you get on your damn high horse!
Ben Price – Kara just laid out the 4 Winds Dyad champions! It should be noted here that while all three ladies in the ring have roughly the same amount of pro wrestling experience.. We should note that Kara is a combat veteran, part of the NATO forces in Afghanistan and saw more combat in her role as an agent in the GSG-9.
Eddie Vega – And that means?
Ben Price – It means, Kara is used to being outnumbered, for starters. Which translates directly to what we’re seeing right now.
Kara looks up to Valora’s suite and raises the chair and brings it back with all her strength on Abby who cries out in pain as the chair shot hits her spine, echoing out through the arena
Ben Price – My god! We can count on one hand, the number of times we have heard Abigail Dresden cry out in pain. She does seem to have inherited her mother’s toughness and pain tolerance
Eddie Vega – I’ve been telling you all! This woman is a bad ass! She’s like lady Thanos.. She is inevitable!
Kara raises the chair to hit again but Akame dives in with a super kick style standing side kick, stunning Kara and then hits and enziguri. Kara drops to a knee and Akame decides against following up and checks on Abby instead. Kara gets up and looks at the pair of them and then jumps over the barricade and moves towards the backstage area.
Ben Price – Akame saves her partner and then decides to check on her rather than following up the attack and Kara seems to be using a strategic withdrawal.
Eddie Vega – It’s a smart plan, try to do this horror movie style and divide and conquer.
Abby gets up slowly and the two girls watch Kara disappear backstage and look at each other and follow along. Abby enters the backstage area first and Akame follows after, but Kara steps out from her hiding spot and wraps Akame up in a sleeper hold. Akame gets enough noise out to warn Abby who turns around and uses Akame as a human shield. She then hits Akame with a clubbing blow and lifts Akame up and throws her at Abby who catches Akame and throws her back and Akame hits Kara with a missile dropkick
Ben Price – My God! They’re tossing Akame around like a ball there! But Abby saved her friend and then was able to use a double team move!
Eddie Vega – I think Abby is cheating! As strong as Kara and still able to do lucha libre style wrestling?! Shouldn’t be physically possible.
Akame tries to follow up the attack but Kara grabs Akame’s arm and throws her into the side of a dumpster. She turns and catches a boot to the gut from Abby. Abby then punches Kara and tries to whip Kara into the dumpster but Kara reverses and Abby slams into the dumpster right next to Akame
Ben Price – Kara maintaining her control at the moment and is holding her own against the Dyad champions
Eddie Vega – Hey, if she wins, does she get the belts?
Ben Price – No. This is a non-title match, but I would think it would go a long way to making Bad Company a contender for the belts.
Kara walks over and grabs Akame, pulling her up to her feet and slams her knee into Akame’s gut, doubling her over. She hooks Akame’s leg and tries for a Northern Lights Suplex, but Abby comes in and helps Akame block the move and then charges and hits Kara with a clothesline, breaking up the hold. Akame and Abby pull Kara to their feet and turn, trying for an Irish whip into the dumpster but Kara plants her feet and blocks the move, grabbing both girls forcing them to headbutt each other
Ben Price – A meeting of the minds. There.
Eddie Vega – I’m telling you!
Kara pulls Abby to her feet and tries for a German suplex. Abby blocks and Akame comes in kicking Kara right in the small of the back. Abby hits an elbow in the gut. Kara blocks Abby’s followup punch but Akame hits a series of strikes to Kara’s kidneys and ribcage. She grabs an arm and Abby grabs another arm and they arm wrench and then both kick Kara, Abby kicking in the front and Akame kicking Kara in the back before they both turn and throw Kara to the ground.
Ben Price – Akame and Abby joke about being sisters, but the level of chemistry they have is on the same level as Pacific Rim, or Kara, Kronin and Rayven
Eddie Vega – It is impressive how close they’ve gotten… they’re obviously a couple!
Ben Price – Except that Akame is rumored to be with Ahklut from Pacific Rim. Also, William McClancy has in the past shown interest in Abby, I doubt Akame would move in on a girl her brother has a thing for.
Eddie Vega – While we’re sorting through rumors here, the point is. Akame and Abby are scary good as a team and yet, Kara has been able to hold her own against them.
Akame and Abby walk back towards the ring forcing Kara to follow her once she gets to her feet. Once they get back to ringside, both Abby and Akame crouch down behind the barricade. Abby holding her cricket bat and Akame holding another kendo stick. Kara climbs over the barricade and both Akame and Abby ambush her, Akame hitting her with the kendo stick and doubling her over and Abby hitting Kara in the back with the cricket bat.
Ben Price – The ambush works as Akame and Abby hit Kara, resorting to more weapons to try and gain an edge.
Eddie Vega – It’s one way to get momentum back
Kara gets to her feet and Abby cuts her off with a high kick. Akame moving over towards the ring and Abby whips Kara towards Akame and Kara runs right into a spinning backfirst from Akame, Kara bounces into a quick standing dropkick by Abby, and into a quick stunner by Akame, then a german suplex by Abby, and a senton by Akame. Abby tries to bridge the german for a pin.
…One!
……Two!
Ben Price – Kara again kicks out! Amazing combination from Abby and Akame but still not enough to put Kara away.
Eddie Vega – If you’re the Wild hunt, you have to be asking what you need to do to put this woman down!
Kara rolls over and gets to her feet, grabbing the iron pipe and swings it catching Akame as she comes to maintain the attack on Kara. Akame doubles over and Kara cracks her on the back. Before ramming the end of the pipe into Abby’s gut and then spinning around, wiping out Abby’s legs with the pipe and getting to her feet and hitting her in the abdomen with the iron pipe. Kara drops the iron pipe for now and pulls Akame to her feet.
Kara Rainhardt – So, you wanna play profiler, huh?! Well you need to do better as you were way off base!
Akame slaps Kara in the face and Kara headbutts Akame and throws her into the steel steps, giving her a kick to the ribs.
Kara Rainhardt – First off! I woulda taken a training job! Gloryhound, huh? No that’s you and your group of spoiled brats! ‘We don’t want to work for it and earn things like everyone else! We want special treatment because our parents wrestled!”
Kara punctuates this with kicks to the ribs. Abby runs up and hits Kara in the back with a double ax handle and leads Kara over to the Spanish announce table before kicking Kara in the gut and lifting her up and powerbombing her through the table, falling on top of her, the ref dropping down to make the count…
…One!
……Two!
Ben Price – Kara gets a shoulder up! Abby just powerbombed her through the Spanish announce table and Kara still kicks out!
Eddie Vega – Inevitable. I’m telling you!
Akame is right there, and she and Abby pull Kara up to her feet. They both grab a shoulder, and her head and run her towards the ring. They let her go, aiming at the ring steps, but Kara jumps, footing over the ring steps. She grabs the ring post, goes to the other side and then slips up under the ring ropes.
Ben Price – And Kara Reinhardt avoids being put through something else.
McClancy breaks into a run, around the ring to the other side. Dresden runs up the steps, and climbs through the ropes to meet Reinhardt as she gets to her feet. Dresden meets her with a huge European Uppercut, then another and another, pushing her back to a far corner.
Ben Price – They’re still on the hunt, though. Just think, this is only our first match tonight.
Dresden pushes Kara back to the corner the rest of the way and then gives it a moment, looking for McClancy. Akame slips under the ropes, and runs to the opposite side. Dresden whips Reinhardt out to the middle of the ring just as McClancy comes off the ropes and nails her with a superwoman elbow. Reinhardt falls to the mat.
McClancy tries to get on top to go for a count. Sharpe is a couple of seconds from making it, slipping back into the ring herself.
Eddie Vega – Referee out of place here. But this is not the easiest match to keep track of.
When she gets there, she starts the count.
… One
…… Two
……. The… Kara kicks out, twisting her body.
Ben Price – Not yet!
Dresden is right there, to help McClancy pull Kara to her feet. As soon as they have Kara up, Dresden points to the corner. Akame nods her head, and turns and starts to climb up the ropes. Dresden kicks Reinhardt in the midsection and then backs up.
Ben Price – Swansong has to be coming up here.
Dresden hits the ropes, comes off, and goes to jump onto Kara’s back. Instead of being hit by the Swansong, Kara drops to one knee. Dresden hits face first on the mat behind her. Reinhardt then switches her arms, and holds onto Dresden as she stands.
Eddie Vega – She countered the Swansong!
Before Reinhardt can hit Dresden with an Alabama Slam, Dresden gets loose, falling free down to the mat. Reinhardt moves quickly to get some distance before she turns around and gets ready.
Ben Price – That would have been the end of it if Abigail Dresden had hit the swansong, and it’s obvious that Akame McClancy would have hit the Meteor Strike as an exclamation point.
Reinhardt lines up in the ring, and as Dresden gets up to her feet, runs in and hits a running single legged side kick that sends Dresden to the turnbuckle. Abigail slips down to her backside in the corner.
Reinhardt gets to her feet, and turns just in time to see McClancy about to come off the top turnbuckle. She catches McClancy as she comes off the ropes with both hands around her throat and just lifts her up off the mat.
Ben Price – Kara Reinhardt having a bit of a resurgence here. She just kicked the ghost out of Abby Dresden and managed to catch the high flying Akame McClancy by the throat.
Eddie Vega – She’s got more power than both of them combined just about. She needs to rely on that. They can’t compare with her strength, really.
Reinhardt grabs Akame McClancy around the neck with both hands and then lifts up. The close up shows her thumbs going into the area under McClancy’s chin.
Eddie Vega – And there comes out the real bloodthirsty person in the ring. Screw wrestling moves, just choke her out.
Akame starts to kick her feet, but they’re not doing much, as Reinhardt has twisted her hips and most of her vitals are blocked from getting a good hit.
Ben Price – Unorthodox, but you can’t call it ineffective.
Dresden swings the cricket bat, and connects with Reinhardt’s lower back. Kara lets Akame go. Reinhardt twists and blocks the next swing with both forearms. Dresden drops the bat, spins around and goes for her Flying Dragon Kick, but Reinhardt steps in and manages to catch Dresden over her shoulder.
Ben Price – What a counter!
Reinhardt drops Dresden with a sitout reverse tombstone piledriver that looks to have been on top of the dropped cricket bat. She shoves Dresden off her shoulder. Instead of going for a pinfall, she locks in a triangle choke and tries to lean back with it.
Eddie Vega – Lock it in Kara, make her tap out!
While Reinhardt has the hold locked in, Akame McClancy can be seen in the background, slowly recovering, holding her throat from the lifted choke from earlier.
Prudence Sharpe checks on Dresden to see if she’ll give up.
Dresden shakes her head no, as she screams out the same answer.
Abigail Dresden – NO!
Kara tries bridging back, adding more pull on Dresden’s shoulder with the hold. Sharpe asks her again if she’ll give up.
Abigail Dresden – Fuck NO!
Kara Reinhardt – Then I’ll just have to finish this shoulder off. Good luck in the Skirmish…
Before Reinhardt can finish, she gets a boot to the face from a recovered Akame McClancy. Reinhardt doesn’t fully let go, as McClancy stomps her face two more times.
Ben Price – I think Kara Reinhardt was just about to threaten to fully dislocate Abby Dresden’s shoulder, there.
Eddie Vega – Well, didn’t work, as McClancy got there to save her.
McClancy breaks away from where Reinhardt and Dresden are on the mat, and hits the ropes. She springboards off the top, and comes backwards. She forces an over rotation and lands with her knees down in a springboard meteora. One knee really catches Reinhardt hard to the face, the other a bit on her chest, as Dresden had started to pull away.
Ben Price – High impact move from Akame McClancy, not sure if the camera picked it up, but the impact didn’t sound good to me.
Eddie Vega – No, no it didn’t.
McClancy and Dresden both move to pull Reinhardt up to her feet. As soon as they have her back up, she sways a moment, and both try to whip her to the ropes. She suddenly puts the breaks on, and breaks free. She delivers a huge forearm to Dresden, catching her under her chin.
Ben Price – Kara Reinhardt isn’t out of this match yet.
Reinhardt delivers a similar forearm to McClancy, then another to Dresden, then another to McClancy. She grabs Dresden and whips her to the ropes, following in with a superkick that catches Dresden right next to the ropes, and sends her tumbling to the outside.
Eddie Vega – Explosive power from the muscle bound super soldier. The Wild Hunt have tried to hit her with just about everything. But she’s still going.
Reinhardt turns back on McClancy just as McClancy goes for a spinning backfist. Kara catches Akame’s forearm, and turns it into a wushu style throw that takes McClancy back to back, and then dumps her over to her front on the mat. Reinhardt stays on her feet with the throw.
Ben Price – And we’re used to Akame McClancy’s use of Judo. But many I think forget that Kara Reinhardt is also a martial artist.
Eddie Vega – What art does she practice?
Ben Price – Wu Shu.
Eddie Vega- Bless you.
Ben Price – Hey, that is the real name of the art.
Kara Reinhardt steps in as Akame McClancy is coming back up to her feet. She pulls her head in between her thighs and wraps her arms around her waist, pulling her up for a powerbomb. Akame McClancy grabs her when she’s pulled up. Reinhardt tries to drop her down for the powerbomb, but McClancy is holding on, and won’t drop.
Eddie Vega – McClancy showing some resilience in this match that we’d not normally expect. Including sticking on Reinhardt like a spider monkey right now.
McClancy gets a couple of shots in to Reinhardt’s forehead, and then shifts her legs, with one going behind her head, and the other in front, appearing to go across her throat. Once her legs are in place, she grabs Kara’s head again and leans forward trying to put pressure on somehow.
Ben Price – What is she trying to do here?
Kara moves to a corner, and tries to slam Akame down onto the top turnbuckle. She manages a couple of hits, but McClancy just won’t let go.
Eddie Vega – That spider monkey is still holding on. Is that a gogolplata?
Ben Price – I think it is. Wait… you know what a gogoplata is?
Eddie Vega – Hey, I bet on MMA fights too.
Reinhardt pulls up, and then spins out of the corner, and just drops down with McClancy in place. She falls with the powerbomb, falling onto a chair that has been left in the ring. The impact jars McClancy’s hold a bit. As McClancy tries to reassert the hold, Reinhardt gets her feet onto the second rope behind her on the corner.
Prudence Sharpe slips down next to them and checks McClancy’s shoulders. She signals that they’re down and starts a count.
… One
…… Two
……… Three!
Dresden is suddenly there, bringing the cricket bat down across Reinhardt’s lower back again.
Ben Price – Wait, did she break up the pin or not?
Sharpe comes up to her feet and signals for the bell.
DING! DING! DING!
Eric Wilson – The winner of this match up, by pinfall… KARA REINHARDT!
Eddie Vega – Kara Reinhardt comes out of this one with the win!
Ben Price – Valora Salinas won’t be happy with that.
While Kara Reinhardt’s feet aren’t on the ropes anymore, Akame McClancy still has the gogoplata.
Ben Price – Okay, Ms. McClancy. Match is over, let that hold go.
Dresden keeps watching for a few moments. Sharpe comes back and starts to warn McClancy about letting the hold go.
Eddie Vega – Okay, now this is getting interesting. I don’t think Akame McClancy likes Kara Reinhardt at all.
Sharpe starts a count, warning McClancy.
Eddie Vega – What are you going to do rep? Reverse the decision? She’s not worried she already lost.
Dresden starts to try to talk Akame into letting go. Reinhardt’s hands start to scramble to try to get loose, but so far aren’t having a lot of results.
Ben Price – Hey, match is over. You don’t have to like your opponents. But this is uncalled for.
Eddie Vega – I’m kinda glad to see it. McClancy has told us what it means to be at war with the Upstarts. Means they don’t follow their rules anymore, and Kara Reinhardt admitted to being the one who jumped Abby Dresden backstage. I guess payback is payback.
Dresden appears to get Akame to loosen the hold a little bit. As soon as she feels it loosen just a little, Reinhardt grabs Akame’s inner thigh and gives a deep squeeze. McClancy scrambles to let go.
Reinhardt rolls over to her back, holding her throat and catching her breath.
Dresden and McClancy both get to their feet, checking on each other. After a few moments they both exit the ring.
Ben Price – At least we don’t have to blame this on the black rain or the age of monsters. I think McClancy and Reinhardt just honestly don’t like each other.
Sharpe helps Reinhardt back to her feet. She slips through the ropes, and starts to walk towards the ramp. But Abby Dresden is waiting for her on the ramp up.
Eddie Vega – What’s this?
Reinhardt points at Dresden and warns her to get out of her way. Before anything can happen, McClancy comes running around the ring, with a Kendo stick and strikes Reinhardt right in the midsection, bending her over. The stick breaks it half, part of it flying down the side walkway to the ramp.
Ben Price – She just broke a Kendo stick across Kara Reinhardt’s stomach.
With Kara Reinhardt bent over, Abby Dresden goes running in and hits her with the Swansong outside the ring!
Eddie Vega – And we finally see the Swansong in this match up!
Ben Price – What are they doing?
Eddie Vega – Figure you’d be happy they’re getting Reinhardt back for her attack.
McClancy runs up the ring steps, down the ring apron and jumps off as Dresden moves out of the way and lands with both feet squarely to Reinhardt’s chest. She rolls in a somersault and comes up to join Dresden as they start to walk backwards up the ramp.
Ben Price – I guess Kara Reinhardt was owed that. But just weird seeing Upstarts actually do something like that.
Eddie Vega – Well, when push comes to shove they say.
The camera catches Reinhardt as once again Prudence Sharpe is helping her to her feet on the outside. The camera splits between Reinhardt staring at the Wild Hunt, to the Wild Hunt watching her as they head to the back. McClancy actually flips Kara off, both middle fingers up in a common salute from her family back in the day.
Ben Price – We’re out of time for this segment, and need to head to our first commercial break. When we come back, Another Upstart in action, as Fiona O’Connell takes on “Malibu” Mike Swanson!
Eddie Vega – I’m not sure this is really done… We’ll see when we get back.

The show comes back from the commercial break, and the cameras are on the announcers.
Ben Price – Welcome back. If you missed it, we’ve already had one match tonight… Kara Reinhardt may have overcome against the Wild Hunt, but they both got their shots in.
Eddie Vega – They sure did, especially at the end. A swansong after the match on the outside.
Ben Price – But we’re about to head into our second match for the night. This match was requested by Fiona O’Connell herself, so she could keep her stride heading into Civil Disobedience in Greensboro.
Eddie Vega – She’ll be joining her stablemates, Abby Dresden and Akame McClancy, and Kat Hale in the finale for the Skirmish Championship which is as of last Vanguard, an elimination 4 way now.
Ben Price – Fiona is taking on “Malibu” Mike Swanson tonight… with a special referee, one of our candidates for a full time job, Regina Cross.
Singles Match – Fiona O’Connell -vs – “Malibu” Mike Swanson

Eric Wilson – Ladies and Gentlemen, the next match is set for one fall! Introducing first. Hailing from Malibu, California. He stands 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs in at 215lbs. Malibu, Mike Swanson!!!
“California Girls” by the Beach Boys begins playing as Mike Swanson walks out from the back. He poses for cheering fans for a moment before heading down to the ring, slapping some high fives on the way down the aisle. He rolls into the ring and flexes again for the cheering fans.
Ben Price – This could be a big opportunity for ol’ Mike. A win against Fiona would certainly put him on the radar.
Eddie Vega – Benny boy, there’s a reason for that. Fiona is gonna murderize this guy. She’s being given an easy match before Civil Warfare, meanwhile, her other opponents for that match all have challenging matches.
Ben Price – Before you speculate your newest conspiracy theory, let me remind you that Valora handles the booking and her daughter is one of the four finalists.
Eddie Vega – And she has made it clear she wants her daughter to be competing for the Conquest or Elite titles. Best way to do that is to stack the deck. Val is ruthless Benny boy.
Eric Wilson – And introducing his opponent. She hails from Dublin, Ireland. She stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs in at 135lbs. She is a member of the Upstarts, Fiona O’Connell!!
As ‘Blood’ by Dropkick Murphys plays over the PA, Fans coming to their feet and cheering for Fiona as she comes out, some of the fans even singing along with the song.as Fiona comes out from the back very much like a boxer, jogging in place, hopping from one foot to the other. She is clearly singing along with her entrance song but no mics pic up her voice and she lets loose a lightning fast flurry of punches before holding up her right hand into the air. then Fiona makes her way to the ring slowly, stopping to shake hands with fans and as the fans cheer, she seems to feed off their energy and then, finally makes her way to the ring where she climbs in and throws another combination of punches and then moves to a corner and waits for her opponent
Ben Price – Fiona is quickly becoming a fan favorite here in CWF and why are you laughing?
Eddie Vega – She’s.. Taller. Then.. Mike.
Ben Price – By like, 2 inches.
Eddie Vega – Those inches count, Benny boy.
Eric Wilson and the others leave the ring and the ref, Regina Cross, looks surprised to be left alone with the two fighters. Both Malibu Mike and Fiona look at each other incredulously and take turns calming the ref down
Ben Price – Referee seems to have some butterflies before the match
Eddie Vega – What the hell? Did we hire some rando fan as a ref or something?
In the ring, Regina Cross looks at the two fighters and blinks in confusion.
Regina Cross – Well.. fight!!
Malibu Mike – Like, we can’t.
Regina Cross – Why?
Fiona O’Connell – You have to call for the bell to start the fight.
Regina nods and looks at the timekeeper and waves and the bell rings.
DING!! DING!!
Ben Price – Well, at least she got the match started…
Eddie Vega – What the..
Mike tries for a clothesline but Fiona ducks and comes up hitting Mike with three left jabs and a right cross that drops him into a heap on the mat. Fiona doesn’t waste any time before rebounding off the ropes and jumping up hitting Mike with a elbow drop.
Ben Price – Mike tried to seize momentum from the start but Fiona and those lightning fast fists of hers sure leveled the playing field in a hurry.
Eddie Vega – More like she leveled Mike.
Fiona pulls Mike to his feet but her counters with a punch to the gut of Fiona and gets to his feet and whips Fiona into the ropes, he ducks and telegraphs the back drop and Fiona hurdles over him, rebounding off the ropes on the other side of the ring while Mike rebounds off the ropes and charges at Fiona trying for a clothesline but Fiona ducks under and both fighters rebound off the ropes, Fiona jumps up and brings Mike down with a spinning headscissors takedown, she comes up to her feet and jumps onto the middle rope, then to the top rope and springboards into a moonsault bringing a cheer from the crowd, which grows louder when Fiona signals that she is going to try to end the fight
Ben Price – Fiona seems to think she can put Malibu Mike away in record time here
Eddie Vega – Because she probably can.
Fiona walks over and grabs Malibu Mike’s arm and locks in a fujiwara style armbar Regina Cross slides in to check for a submission
Ben Price – Celtic Arm breaker!
Eddie Vega – Is it bad I kinda hope she breaks his arm?
Malibu Mike makes a couple attempts to get out of the hold but very quickly taps out and Regina calls for the bell
DING!! DING!!
Eric Wilson – Ladies and Gentlemen, the winner, by Submission, Fiona O’Connell!!
Ben Price – Well, that match was short and sweet, Fiona is going to have to be feeling good going into Civil Warfare
Eddie Vega – Especially given some of the matches her other opponents have had tonight.
Ben Price – While that was a short match, I’m told we’re going to go to a quick commercial break, because we don’t know how long the next match will go.
Eddie Vega – The next two matches both have long time limits. But we’ll see how long they last. So let us get paid so we can pay some bills and when we come back,

Eddie Vega – What a match indeed, Ben! Four brilliant wrestlers independently, all in tag-team action here tonight!
Ben Price – We’ve not really seen any of them in regular tag-team action in a while, as Dynasty Era, made up of husband-and-wife duo Eoin O’Rourke and Apathy, take on Annwn, made up of half the Eternal Grove, Samael Drago and Viktor Kriegson. Two Tag Teams whose members have built up a fair bit of beef over the last few weeks!
Eddie Vega – None more so than with our Special Guest Referee for this match, Father Nathan O’Connell! He seems to hate each team with equal venom, it’ll be interesting to see how much he gets involved here tonight.
Ben Price – Only time will tell, Eddie, only time will tell.
Tag Team Match – The Anwnn -vs- The Dynasty Era

The arena plunges into absolute darkness as an ethereal choir begins to sing, silencing the murmuring crowd in an instant. Sounds of synths bubble underneath the choir as they get louder and louder, until
BOOM!
Emerald flames shoot skyward from the stage as Amaranthe’s “Archangel” kicks in hard.
Two figures emerge through the haze of smoke and fire. An imposing, muscular giant bursts through first, feral intensity written across every last inch of his very being, Viktor Kriegson. Towering and volatile, he storms forward like a beast finally off its chain. His fists clench and unclench at his sides, his eyes locked on the ring with violent intent, every step radiating the promise of destruction.
Behind him moves Samael Drago, equally dangerous, but far colder, more deliberate. His movement is precise, almost surgical: no flair, no waste. His eyes scan the crowd like a predator choosing its next target as his fingers run over the championship belt around his waist, calculating and unblinking.
Together, they cut a stark silhouette against the sickly green glow now bathing the arena.
No theatrics, no showmanship, just power and menace made flesh.
The music intensifies as they make their way down the ramp, their shadows stretching long and monstrous in the flickering dark green light. Emerald flames erupt behind them in timed bursts, each step marked by another explosion, punctuating the tension they bring with them.
As they move, Eric Wilson’s voice echoes around the arena:
Eric Wilson – This match is a Special Referee Tag Team Match, and is set for one fall. Entering the ring, at a combined weight of 518lbs, ‘The Hound of Annwn’, Viktor Kriegson, and the current Conquest Champion, ‘Moonchild’ Samael Drago – The Annwn!’
Viktor reaches the apron first and pulls himself up with barely restrained fury. Samael climbs up a second later, moving like a shadow. The two step through the ropes in unison, walking to opposite turnbuckles and climbing them to stand on the second rope.
Each wrestler’s hands meet behind their back, cold eyes moving as if surveying every last member of the CWF faithful in attendance. Each of them stands tall under the eerie emerald glow, the crowd caught between awe and dread.
Kriegson hops down, turning to face Drago, who’s meticulous climb down to the ring brought them closer together. The pair offer each other a nod before they reconvene in the centre of the ring. Samael squats down, deep in thought as Viktor stands tall over him, breathing heavy as his muscles clench alongside his hands. The pair looking straight into the camera as they pose together. Then –
BOOM!
More flames erupts from the ring posts once more, blinding white against the sickly green haze. The pair remain focused; Viktor’s eyes barely contain the flames of fury, Samael’s remaining cold and calculating, both remaining otherwise unreadable as they look up the ramp.
As the last flame fades and the smoke begins to settle, the crowd stirs again. Some cheer. Others recoil.
Ben Price – Now that’s an entrance we’ve not seen for a while! What a formidable pair these two make. This is the first time we’ve seen them tag together since the start of the Age of Monsters!
Eddie Vega – It is indeed! They do make quite the team. Drago’s had some impressive wins as of late, and Viktor’s been on a winning streak since he came back from his mysterious hiatus. They’ll be looking to continue that individual form here tonight.
The lights in the arena dim dark, as music in the arena swell. Then a single red light shines onto the stage, showing Apathy on a chair cross legged and smirking down the entrance way, while her husband, Eoin O’Rourke stands behind her seat with arms stretched out.
As the music picks up, Eoin turns around smirking as well and gets around the chair and reaches his hand out to Apathy, who takes his hand as the O’Rourke couple walk down the entrance way as the arena lights up in red and gold lights.
Eric Wilson – Aaand their opponents, weighing in at a combined 465lbs, “The Irish Bounty Hunter” Eoin O’Rourke and Apathy – they are Dynasty Era!
Apathy and Eoin walk together side by side until they both reach ringside. Eoin with a hop in his step makes his way up the steps, and poses out to the audience, while Apathy takes one step up the steps and points two fingers down.
Eoin moves out of his wife’s way and even raises the ropes up for her. As Apathy enters the ring, Eoin once again stretches his arms out shouting “I’m God’s Gracious Gift!!” out to the crowd and walks into the ring, walking backwards till he bumps into Apathy once again.
The Dynasty Era, back to back, now have the lights dimmed once again on them with red over Apathy and gold over Eoin, and the two stretch their arms out and circle in the ring before the music dies.
Ben Price – Two legends of the game, both well respected by the CWF fanbase, and will be looking for wins of their own here tonight!
Eddie Vega – Well respected, yes, and definitely preferred by the fans by the sound of it! As brutal as these guys can be, the fans seem to have taken a real dislike towards Annwn, and the Eternal Grove as a whole!
The lights around the arena go dark and a mist begins to form around the entryway and down the ramp. Nathan seems to materialize from the mist itself as he walks out and pauses.
Eric Wilson – And tonight’s Special Guest Referee, hailing from Dublin, Ireland, and weighing in at 265lbs, he is “The Left Hand of God”, Father Nathan O’Connell!
He takes a look at the crowd, before making his way at a steady pace to the Ring, climbing up in when he reaches it. Once in the ring he throws a few warmup punches and falls back to his corner to await the start of the fight.
Eddie Vega – It’ll be interesting to see if Father Nathan calls the match down the middle, or seems to dislike one team more than the other. I know which way I’d go!
Ben Price – He’s a man of god, Eddie! He’ll call it down the middle. It wouldn’t be very christlike to favour one over another.
Eddie Vega – You’d be surprised how much the dislike of someone can colour your actions, Ben. I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
Ben Price – In the CWF, right Eddie? In the CWF?
Eddie Vega – …It looks like the match is ready to start, with Eoin and Viktor being put in first. Let’s see what happens!
DING! DING! DING!
Eoin immediately goes on the offensive, charging forward to catch Viktor out with a shoulder block, but Viktor barely moves, his piercing blue eyes staring directly into Eoin’s soul. The Irish Bounty Hunter tries again, this time, bouncing off a set of ropes for extra momentum, but again, The Hound barely moves. With the hope that the third time would be the charm, Eoin tries off a different side of the ring, only to be met by a brutal headbutt from Viktor, sending the Irishman sprawling across the mat. Trying to establish dominance quickly, Viktor wraps his arms around Eoin’s neck for a rear naked choke.
Eoin tries to throw elbows backwards to fight free, only to have Viktor maneuver out of the way, his arms tightening each time they do. Eoin manages to plant his feet, slowly but surely forcing his way up until he stood, Viktor dropping the hold as they did.
Ben Price – Good news for Eoin, Viktor’s dropped the choke hold!
Eddie Vega – Bad news for Eoin, Viktor has other ideas!
Viktor’s arms quickly wrap around Eoin’s waist, before hitting him with a beautifully arched German Suplex. Trying to cut off the ring, Viktor starts dragging Eoin towards Annwn’s corner, before a boot comes up towards Viktor’s midriff, suspiciously close to being a low blow, causing Father Nathan to get in between the men, and right up in Eoin’s face.
Father Nathan – That’s enough of that, O’Rourke! Keep your kicks clean!
Eoin O’Rourke – Keep your fenian mind on counting, O’Connell. That wasn’t below the belt, and you know it!
Father Nathan lets off a fierce growl, stepping right up into Eoin’s face, not an inch between the pair as Nathan responds
Father Nathan – Give me a reason, Eoin! Give me one reason! All I need is one, and you’re out of here!
Eoin’s lips purse as he shakes his head, backing off at the threat of disqualification, only to be met by a Big Boot from Viktor as he turned to face his opponent. Grabbing Eoin’s arms as he rolls over, Viktor places his knee in the small of Eoin’s back, before wrenching him back, his eyes locking on Apathy’s, his emotionless gaze almost challenging her to stop him. Apathy tries to get in to help her husband, only to be stopped by Father Nathan, who steps in her way to keep her in position as the pair argue. Viktor wrenches backwards, causing Apathy to argue even harder as Eoin struggles to get out, Father Nathan doubling down to keep her in her corner.
Eoin’s struggles eventually wriggle him free, as he rotates his body, catching Viktor off balance and sending Annwn’s big man down to the mat. Using the space, Eoin manages to get over to tag Apathy in. Viktor’s face remains emotionless as he watches it happen, standing himself up to tag Drago into the match. Drago just stares at Apathy as he steps through into the ring, his head tilting sideways as Apathy advances. She tries to go for a lockup, but Drago slips away, beginning to circle her, his careful gaze watching as she began to move opposite him.
The second attempt at a lock up was successful, before Drago quickly and precisely transitioned it into a wristlock. Apathy was quick to respond with a reversal of her own, switching it into an armlock. The pair begin trading holds: waistlock, hammerlock, headlock, half-nelson, full-nelson, the whole works.
Eventually, Apathy tries to power Drago back to her corner, only for Drago to slip free and hit a beautifully arched German Suplex.
Ben Price – Some beautiful technicality on display here. Both Apathy and Drago have done their homework here!
Eddie Vega – They have indeed. Apathy seems to have had enough. She’s trying to force Drago into her corner, but… what’s Drago up to?
Drago manages to slip out of Apathy’s hold before hitting a beautifully arched German Suplex, before picking her up and dragging her over to Annwn’s corner. Positioning her on the top rope, Drago takes a moment, watching Apathy closely. Just as she begins to react, Drago strikes, his legs wrapping around her head as he hits her with a Top-Rope Hurricanrana, sending Apathy flying across the ring.
Apathy manages to crawl within inches of getting the tag, both hers and Eoin’s arms outstretched before Drago grabs her ankle. Eoin reaches desperately over the ropes as Apathy is dragged back to the centre of the ring, Drago wrapping Apathy’s leg up in an Ankle Lock. Moonchild wrenches, causing Apathy to squirm in pain as Drago looks directly into Eoin’s eyes, whose face had changed from desperation to pure, unadulterated rage. Drago releases the hold before Father Nathan has to get involved with Eoin, his hands meeting behind his back as he tilts his head, watching Apathy head over to make the tag.
Eoin explodes into the ring, charging straight towards Drago. As if Eoin had played right into Drago’s plan, the Grove’s Architect sidesteps, before catching Eoin’s leg and contorting the Irishman into a Reverse Indian Deathlock. Eoin struggles violently to try and escape, causing Drago to wrench, forcing the large Irishman into flinching. Eoin manages to fight through it, using his size to his advantage as he powers out. Drago gets up first, rebounding off the ropes in an attempt to hit a Shining Wizard, only to be caught by Eoin, who hoists him up, and sends Drago face first into the canvas. Capitalising on his momentum, Eoin manages to pick Drago up from the mat, hitting a Deadlift Over Da Pond, sending Drago careening across the ring with an impressive belly-to-belly.
As Drago recovers from the move, Eoin’s on him again, hitting the Moonchild with a Muire. Instead of hitting the canvas, however, Drago stumbles backwards, regaining his footing at the last second with his Almost-Tumble, his back contorting back to standing straight up as he tilts his head sideways as an uncanny gaze stares straight back at Eoin. Confounded was the only word that could describe the look on the Irishman’s face as Eoin hesitated for a second, giving Drago enough space to knock him backwards with a stiff Spinning Wheel Kick. Taking advantage of the extra time, Drago tags in Viktor, who manages to get to Eoin just before their tag is made, launching him towards Annwn’s corner with an Exploder Suplex. Eoin manages to roll out of it, before hitting Viktor with a strong shoulder tackle, finally taking the Grove’s big man off his feet. That’s followed by a European Uppercut, and then, as he attempts a headbutt, before Viktor stops him with a Debt Collector, before getting him into a suplex position.
Ben Price – Eoin’s blocked the first attempt, and… wait, is Apathy trying to come in to help again?
Eddie Vega – Quite possibly. Father Nathan has his hands full with this match. Hang on, Eye Rake by Eoin! Viktor’s stumbling backwards holding his eyes!
Father Nathan whips around as Viktor stumbles backwards, not having seen enough to call whatever had just happened. Viktor blinks away the pain as Eoin moves to put himself between Viktor and Apathy, before staring down Father Nathan. Anger and blame clearly colour Viktor’s features without the Hound saying a word, the first bit of emotion the Grove’s Executioner, as he squares his shoulders and steps towards Father Nathan. Father Nathan squares back, not at fault for missing the eye rake, despite what Viktor may think, the pair’s conversation through body language enough to convince any viewer of their disdain for one another.
Eoin, seeing his moment, charges down Viktor, hitting him from the side with a heavy, clubbing blow, causing the two men to start brawling. The Irish Bounty Hunter manages to just about come out on top, before launching Viktor into their corner. Apathy manages to get a chokehold around Viktor’s neck as Eoin begins to rain down punches. Father Nathan almost intervenes, but Viktor’s able to fight out, kicking Eoin away before catching Apathy with an elbow to the side of the head. As Eoin charges back in for a spear in the corner, Viktor steps out of the way, with Eoin managing to stop himself just shy of slamming his shoulder into the corner post. Viktor stumbles across the ring. Just as he’s about to get the tag, Eoin drags him back, before hitting The Hound with a Muire, sending Viktor off balance.
Ben Price – Eoin’s grabbed Viktor’s tights here, he’s rolling him up! Schoolboy Pin!
Eddie Vega – Will that Muire Bicycle Kick be enough?!
…One
……Two
Viktor reverses into a pin of his own.
…One
……Two
Apathy saves!
Viktor gets to his feet first, before going after Apathy. Eoin manages to blindside the hound with a wild haymaker. Seeing his tag-partner outnumbered, Drago slips in to even things up before Father Nathan can respond, and the four combatants begin brawling. Apathy manages to throw Drago out of the ring as Viktor and Eoin trade blows within it, before Father Nathan steps in her way, almost having to force her back to her corner.
Viktor manages to create space with a brutal headbutt, sending Eoin stumbling backwards clutching his nose. Seeing Drago jumping back up into their corner, Viktor manages to make the tag at the same time Eoin tags Apathy in. Drago comes in hot as an iron, knocking Eoin off the apron and hitting Apathy with a Gastrizein, quickly followed with his Three Lives, Death Each Time.
Eddie Vega – One! Two! Three Powerbombs from Drago! Impressive stuff!
Ben Price – He’s curled apathy up into a pin! Will this be enough.
…One
……Two
Eoin breaks the count!
Apathy rolls out of the way, tripping Drago up as she goes. Using the extra space, she squats, urging Drago back up, before picking him up into a Dynast Queen Driver, rolling it up into a pin of her own.
…One
……Two
………Th-kickout!
Drago manages to escape, transitioning beautifully into an Achilles Leg Lock. Apathy shrieks in pain as Drago wrenches at her leg, as she tries desperately to drag herself across the mat. A single warning glance from Father Nathan holds Eoin in place as Apathy inches closer to the ropes, desperately trying to reach them. Her hand goes up as she considers tapping out, but it balls into a fist as she continues, before finally, she gets to the ropes. Drago refuses to release the hold, wrenching back instead as Father Nathan begins to count.
One!
Drago keeps the hold locked in.
Two!
Drago leans back further, causing Apathy to shriek in pain.
Three!
Father Nathan gets louder as the hold remains locked in.
Four!
Drago doesn’t release immediately, but as Father Nathan begins to raise his hand for the fifth. Wrapping a hand around Drago’s arm, Father Nathan drags him away and to his feet, the Left Hand of God’s face furious
Father Nathan – Try that again, Moonchild, and that bell rings! Get that into that conniving cranium of yours!
Drago doesn’t respond, at least not verbally. Instead, an eerily knowing look finds his eyes as he tilts his head. Eoin begins to step through the ropes, prompting Viktor to do the same. Catching them doing so, vains start to pulse on Father Nathan’s forehead as something in his expression snaps.
Father Nathan – Right, that’s it! By all that’s held holy, I am DONE entertaining each of your bullshit! Keep it fair, keep it square, or I swear on all that is good in this world, get BACK to your corners or there will be a QUADRUPLE DISQUALIFICATION! Do you understand?!
Eoin and Viktor nod, stepping back into their respective corners as Apathy and Drago reset.
Having used the pause to recover, at least in part, Apathy stands up as Drago returns to his corner. Taking a deep breath, Father Nathan signals to continue the match, causing Apathy to instantly tag Eoin in. Immediately, Eoin charges towards Drago, attempting an Irish Car Bomb, only for Drago to slip free and hit the Philoso-Knee! Instantly, Drago tags Viktor in, who catches a slightly dazed Eoin with The Last Hunt, before transitioning into a pin.
…One
……Two
Apathy breaks it up, only for her and Drago to get stern looks from Father Nathan sending them back to their corners. In the aftermath, Viktor goes for The Ferryman’s Toll, only for Eoin to wriggle out and hit him with a Muire. The Hound wobbles, but doesn’t go down, swaying after the impact. A second one sends the Hound crashing to the mat, Drago barely able to make a legal tag as his partner falls backwards. Eoin, not having seen the tag, drags Viktor to the centre of the ring, only to have Father Nathan not begin the count.
Eoin stands, going to argue, only to get the same firm look from Father Nathan, as the Special Guest Referee makes the universal refereeing sign for ‘Tag Made’, causing a very angry Eoin to back down. As Drago slips in, Eoin acts out of defiance, launching Viktor out of the ring, before catching Drago in the gut with a backwards gut kick and making the tag. Eoin follows Viktor out to the outside of the ring, where the pair continue to brawl as Apathy’s caught halfway through the ropes by a knee strike, before removing his elbow pads.
Ben Price – Ooooh, Dragos removing his elbow pads! We know what that means!
Eddie Vega – We do indeed! Lunar Cascade incoming!
As Apathy tries to charge Drago down, Drago manages to pop her up, launches his strike upwards and…
Ben Price – WHAT A REVERSAL! Batting Drago’s strike out of the way!
Eddie Vega – It looks like she’s landed awkwardly from that, but… holy shit! Guillotine’s Kiss! Apathy’s hit Guillotine’s Kiss!
Drago sprawls backwards as Apathy presses her advantage. She goes for a Superman Punch as Drago uses the ropes to get up, only to have him roll underneath it. She quickly turns, only to be hit with an Ode of Unholy out of nowhere! Drago instantly covers her.
…One
……Two
………Thre-KICKOUT!
Disbelief covers Drago’s face, a hand moving up to his forehead. He quickly composes himself, as he drags Apathy up. He goes for another Ode of Unholy, Apathy strikes him once, and then again, before the third strike gets her free, giving Apathy enough space to land a Superman Punch. Drago stumbles backwards, dazed from the punch. Taking advantage, Apathy grabs Drago before he can recover, setting up for…
Ben Price – Death Before Dishonour! Death Before Dishonour!
Eddie Vega – She’s going for the pin! Can Drago kick out?!
…One
Viktor notices the pin, and goes to break it up.
……Two
Eoin grabs his ankle, leaving Viktor inches short of breaking up the pin, before The Hound is dragged out of the ring.
………Three!
Eric Wilson – Aaaaaaaaaand your winners, the team of Eoin O’Rourke and Apathy, Dynasty Era!
Apathy rolls away from Drago, remaining flat on her back, breathing heavily. Climbing back into the ring, Eoin helps his wife back to her feet as Viktor goes to check on Drago.
Father Nathan takes each of the O’Rourke’s hands, raising them in victory as Drago’s helped to his feet by Viktor.
Ben Price – They may have won… but neither Apathy or Eoin look particularly pleased to have their hands raised by Father Nathan.
Eddie Vega – and Annwn don’t seem particularly happy with Father Nathan either, if looks could kill, he’d be dead twice over! Possibly four times, if you include everyone.
Ben Price – A well earned win by Dynasty Era here tonight, although something tells me none of this is over. We will, however, be seeing more of Father Nathan after this word from our sponsors. Don’t go anywhere!

The show comes back from the final commercial break.
Ben Price – Welcome back, and we have one more match.
Eddie Vega – One more match ans we go into the setup for Civil Warfare and Civil Disobedience for the Vanguard Pre-Show.
Ben Price – These two have fought battles before. But tonight they fight in hardcore rules, falls count anywhere. The Jr. Partner of the owners, our Cheif Operating Officer, Valora Salinas will be in her first match back in two years… as she faces Father Nathan O’Connell, who recently picked up the CWF Elite Championship. The championship that Valora never lost.
Eddie Vega – She gave up the title, when she came on as partial owner. But the title isn’t on the line tonight. It’s just two old rivals fighting each other, and Valora Salinas making sure she’s reading for Civil Warfare where she will be in a war with Kara Reinhardt.
Ben Price – Kara Reinahrdt came out ahead earlier in her handicap match against the Wild Hunt. Can Valora Salinas do the same heading into Civil Warfare.
Eddie Vega- And you know Eoin O’Rourke is watching this as well, looking forward to his Irish Pub Brawl for the Elite Title at Civll Warfare.
Ben Price – Let’s go to the ring, for out last match of the night…
Singles Match – Valora Salinas -vs- Father Nathan O’Connell

Eric Wilson – Ladies and Gentlemen, the following match is set for one fall and is being fought under falls count anywhere rules!! Introducing first, hailing from Dublin, Ireland. He stands 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs in at 265lbs. He is the reigning CWF Elite Champion, Father Nathan O’Connell!!!
The lights around the arena go dark and a mist begins to form around the entryway and down the ramp. Nathan seems to materialize from the mist itself as he walks out and pauses, taking a look at the crowd and then makes his way at a steady pace to the Ring, climbing up into the ring. Once in the ring he throws a few warmup punches and falls back to his corner to await the start of the fight.
Ben Price – We should note the Elite title is not on the line in this fight
Eddie Vega – Which I don’t understand.
Ben Price – One. Valora is a great wrestler, but she has not been in the ring for over a year. Two. She, as a co-owner of CWF is not allowed to hold titles which is why she vacated the Elite title in the first place and Three. We already have an Elite title match for the Pay per view, one that has changed once already from Eoin vs. Greg Salazar to now Eoin v. Nathan in an Irish pub brawl.
Eddie Vega – Ah. Well,
Eric Wilson – And introducing his opponent. Hailing from Los Angeles, California! She stands 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 145lbs. She is the hardcore Icon, and one-third Owner of CWF, Valora Salinas!!!
The lights darken a bit before ‘Bring It’ by Trapt plays over the PA and the crowd jumps to their feet, roaring as Valora makes her way up out from the back carrying her trademark lead pipe and taking a drink from her tequila as she makes her way down the rampway, pausing every so often to mingle with the fans before reaching ringside and sliding into the ring before moving right to one of the corners climbing and playing to the crowd before backflipping off the top turnbuckle and landing on her feet in the ring and turning her back to the turnbuckle, slowly, methodically backing into the corner, leaning back against it as she waits for the match to begin.
Ben Price – And we know what to expect. She came to the ring with her trademark weapon, the lead pipe.
Eddie Vega – You know rumor has it that it is the same lead pipe she’s used all her career.
Eric Wilson leaves the ring and Ashley Beaton, the ref, calls for the bell
DING!! DING!!
Valora wastes no time as she lunges forward and swings her lead pipe at Nathan who dodges and catches the lead pipe on the second swing, pulling Valora towards him and dropping her to the mat with a clothesline. He steps through the ropes and jumps up, springboarding off the ropes and hits Valora with an elbow drop, going right into a cover but Valora kicks out before Ashley can even get into position.
Ben Price – Well Valora didn’t wait to use the lead pipe but Father Nathan caught it and was able to take control of the match in the early going here.
Eddie Vega – Don’t think I’ve ever seen a springboard elbow drop before, Nathan might want to have his daughter help him expand his repertoire of aerial moves
Nathan pulls Valora to her feet but she counters with a blatant low blow and jumps to her feet, planting Nathan with a DDT. She then rebounds off the ropes and brings Nathan to the mat again with a spinning neckbreaker. She pulls Nathan to his feet and tries to whip him into the ropes but Nathan counters, reversing the whip and sending Valora into the ropes. Valora jumps onto and springboards off the top rope into a flying crossbody block but Nathan catches Valora and brings her to the mat with a fallaway slam.
Ben Price – These two are so familiar with each other and you saw a sample of it there, Nathan reverses the Irish whip and he knows Valora is likely to try and counter with an aerial move and is there waiting with a counter.
Eddie Vega – yeah that’s all well and good but we were promised a hardcore match!
Nathan exits the ring and begins digging under the ring for weapons, pulling out a trash can. In the ring, Valora gets to her feet and charges making use of a suicide dive through the ropes, Nathan raises the trash can to guard himself and Valora dives into the trash can, into Nathan, sending both fighters to the floor
Crowd – Holy Shit!!
Ben Price – Well Valora wasting little time going high risk and the holy shit chants from the crowd are well deserved as both fighters are down
Eddie Vega – Yeah, Nathan got that trash can up, but I’m sure he still took some damage from it as well.
Nathan and Valora slowly get to their feet and Nathan grabs the trash can and hits Valora in the head with it once, then again and then he throws the trash can at Valora. Valora catches it and Nathan punches the trash can knocking it into Valora’s face. Nathan then walks around the rungside area, shaking his fist a bit as he looks under the ring for another weapon.
Ben Price – I just want to point out that trash can was just pulled out and already these two have severely damaged and dented it.
Eddie Vega – Well we knew this fight would not stay in the ring for long.
Ashley Beaton leaves the ring as Valora runs along the ring apron and jumps off hitting Nathan in the head with the trash can, tossing it aside as she pulls Nathan to his feet and grabs a fan’s beer, throwing it in Nathan’s face and punches him as the two begin brawling alongside the rampway beginning to make their way backstage.
Ben Price – You said it wasn’t going to be long before these two made their way outside the ring and now it seems they’re going back into the backstage areas!
Eddie Vega – Now we’re going to see what these two have in store for us, Benny boy!
Valora and Nathan continue to brawl backstage, trading punches as Ashley Beaton and the camera follow them backstage where we the two fighters make their way through the backstage area and come out in the concession area. They come near an vendor that serves alcohol and Valora looks and gets a thought, making her way, pushing ahead to the head of the line and nods.
Valora Salinas – Lemme get two shots of tequila and two pints of that Guinness bullshit.. Oh, and Mozz sticks.
Nathan meanwhile is standing next to her
Father Nathan – Runnin’ outta gas already lass? You’re outta shape.
Valora gives Nathan the finger and when the food and drinks are served, Valora takes one tequila and guinness for herself and hands the other two to Nate. She takes the shot of tequila. Nathan, follows suit.
Ben Price – We’re pausing for a drinking contest?
Eddie Vega – Well, we know Valora is an alcoholic and we also know that all Irish are
Ben Price – Don’t finish that.
The crowd gathers and cheers as first Valora, then Nathan, drink the shots of Tequila. Both remain standing and the crowd cheers.
Father Nathan – Now. Can you drink a whole pint in one go?
Valora looks at Nathan and takes the pint, downing the entire pint in one chug as the crowd cheers her on. She then bows. Nathan matches the feat as the crowd cheers. After finishing, he does a brief Irish dance and plays to the crowd.
Father Nathan – Gonna take more than a pint to put this old dog down, eh?!
The crowd cheers.
Ben Price – Interesting little diversion there.. Is that a draw?
Eddie Vega – I would say so, both matched the feat of the other.
Valora reaches over and grabs a pizza pan and when Nathan turns to look at Valora, she cracks him in the face with it bringing a groan of shared pain from the crowd, she follows this up with a kick to the groin which brings Nathan to his knees and every man standing in the immediate area clutches their family jewels in shared discomfort as well. Valora calmly eats a mozzarella stick before charging forward and bringing Nathan to the ground with a headscissors takedown. She grabs a guitar from a busker playing backstage and moves over to Nathan and is about to hit him when he hits her in the gut with two left jabs and a right cross to abdominal region and then a left kidney punch and a right european uppercut that staggers Valora back. Nathan grabs the guitar and swings, breaking it over Valora’s head and Valora slumps and falls to the ground.
Ben Price – Once more these two are showing their experience in hardcore matches and with each other. They even broke that musician’s guitar!
Eddie Vega – Well, I’m sure he’d tell you himself he always dreamed of having a smash hit!
Ben Price – Really?
Eddie Vega – What?!
Nathan pulls Valora to her feet, she once more tries to blatant low blow but Nathan dodges and pulls her to her feet before leading her to the gift shop and throwing her face first into the door., then picking her up and throwing her through the glass door.
Ben Price – My God! Well Valora’s bleeding now, I’m sure
Eddie Vega – Isn’t that some kind of sin? Certainly not how a man of God should conduct himself.
Nathan steps through the broken glass and pins Valora. Ashley Beaton gets down and makes the count.
…One!
……Two!
Ben Price – Valora kicks out and it looks like Ashley managed to count without cutting her hands
Eddie Vega – Oh shit, yeah.. Forgot about that.
Nathan sighs as he gets up, grabbing Valora and pulling her, by her hair, to her feet.
Father Nathan – Always were too stubborn to stay down..
Valora Salinas – You know me, padre..
Valora tries for a kick to the groin, which Nathan blocks and Valora then responds with series of alternating left and right punches which ends with a left handed uppercut. Valora grabs a replica of the Elite title and cracks Nathan in the face with it.
Ben Price – Valora and Nathan are fighting all over the arena, and while Nathan clearly did not want this fight right before Civil Warfare but he seems to be getting into it.
Eddie Vega – Getting into is one way to put it Look at the blood starting to show on Valora.
Valora bounces Nathan’s face off a table and grabs a glass mug and breaks it on Nathan’s head, which starts him bleeding. Valora charges and tries for a hurrancanrana but Nathan catches her, walks over to the table she bounce his face off and then plants her through the table with a powerbomb which he transitions into a pinfall. Ashley drops down to make the count..
…One!
……Two!
Ben Price – And again, Valora kicks out. I have to say she hasn’t shown much rust at all, it’s like she just fought last show rather than it actually having been two seasons.
Eddie Vega – She’s a warrior, Benny boy. She has throughout her career taken great pride in her Mexican and Aztec heritage. This is just that showing through. It could be two days or two years, the woman is always ready for a fight. Also, we know she did train and still works out with, Abigail from time to time, so she is still keeping in fighting shape.
Nathan lets out a frustrated sigh and pulls Valora to her feet as he gets up. The two brawl out through another door and back into the general visitor plaza. Valora has the edge at the moment in the brawl and sends Nathan into a wall with an irish whip. A fan slides Nathan a steel chair and he grabs it, instantly turning and cracks Valora in the head with it, the sound echoing through out the stadium as Valora slumps down into a sitting position, leaning against the wall. Nathan looks at the chair, looks at Valora, looks back at the chair.
Ben Price – No, don’t do it, Nathan!!
Eddie Vega (Doing his palpatine impression) – Do It!
Nathan winds up and swings, hitting Valora with a vicious blow that sandwiches her head between the chair and the wall. Nathan drops the chair and bends down.
Father Nathan – Enjoying yourself, yet?! Is this what you wanted?!
Valora answers with a punch to the groin and a DDT on the ground.
Valora Salinas – Me? This is almost better than sex.. Almost. I’m havin’ a ball, Padre.
Valora pulls Nathan to his feet and leads him back into the backstage area as the duo begin to make their way out to the gorilla area.
Valora and Nathan make their way out onto the entrance area, brawling near the edge as Nathan hits a right cross and swings again, Valora ducks under hitting him with a punch to gut and another to the rib cage before hitting him with an uppercut. Nathan counters with a kick to the gut and tries for his finisher but Valora dodges it and hits him with a pele kick, stunning Nathan on the edge of the entryway.
Ben Price – This is dangerous, if someone falls off the edge of the entryway, it’s about a 15 foot or so drop to the ground which is solid concrete.
Eddie Vega – I think we’re about to see just that thing here.
Valora jumps and hits Nathan with a trouble in paradise style kick that knocks Nathan off the entryway and lands on a table which does not break..
Father Nathan – ARGH! Jesus Christ, Mary and Joseph!!
Valora smirks and shakes her head.
Valora Salinas – Oooo Padre that’s a sin for takin’ the Lord’s name in vain! 5 Hail marys and 10 Our fathers. At Least.
Ben Price – Valora lecturing the priest there. Guess she grew up Catholic.
Eddie Vega – I umm I’m having visions of Valora in the catholic schoolgirl outfit..
Valora plays to the crowd and leaps off the top of the entryway hitting Nathan with her version of the Phoenix Splash. This time the table does break. Neither fighter moves.
Crowd – Holy Shit!!! Holy Shit!!!
Ben Price – OH MY GOD! Valora exhibiting her typical reckless mentality has hit an Aztec Moonsault from the top of the entryway!!! Neither of them are moving!!
Eddie Vega – But she’s lying on top of him!!! Make the count, Beaton!!!
Ashley Beaton arrives on the scene and surveys the damage, coming to the same conclusion Eddie Vega did as she drops down and counts..
…One!
……Two!!
………Three!!!
DING!!!! DING!!
Eric Wilson – Ladies and Gentlemen, the winner, by pinfall, Valora Salinas!!!
Ben Price – Valora wins the match but wow.. At what cost?! Are either her or Nathan going to be 100% for Civil Warfare?!
Eddie Vega – Far as I’m concerned, Valora is the Elite Champion!!! Two time!!
Ben Price – I’m sure a lot of fans will agree with you, but the title wasn’t on the line. Still, this match hopefully sated the bloodlust of Valora
Eddie Vega – I don’t think that’s possible, Benny boy. Valora herself describes herself as a sick puppy.
Ben Price – That’s all we have for tonight. When we meet again, it’ll be Civil Warfare!
Eddie Vega – I know I’m looking forward to that. So remember… tune into Civil Warfare or… show up at the Arena if you’re in the area and have a ticket. In the meantime.
Both – #JoinTheConquest
