S3E4 – Cards – Vancouver, BC

We come to you from the small CWF Studio in their home location in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Once again, two people seated at the CWF Branded Announcers Desk in the new, small Studio in Las Vegas, Nevada. On your left, a fresh faced ‘girl-next-door’ type, the play by play announcer for CWF’s Vanguard show, Jessica Carr.

On your right, the surly looking Color-Commentator from CWF’s Warzone, “Fast” Eddie Vega.

Jessica Carr – Well, look at what we have here. We’re here to announce the next shows for the Conquest Wrestling Federation. My name is Jessica Carr, and I’m one of your hosts for CWF’s Vanguard.

Eddie Vega – And I’m Eddie Vega, your color commentator for CWF’s premier show, Warzone.

Jessica Carr – These coming shows, Episode 4 of our 3rd Season for both, will both be coming to you from Vancouver, British Columbia, just on the other side of the border from Washington State. Vanguard will be coming to you from the Save-On Foods Memorial Centre.

Eddie Vega – And Warzone will be coming to you from the Rogers Arena, just a few days later.

Jessica Carr – This will be our 4th show of this season, but officially the CWF is entering into a completely new Era. We have two new co-owners in our now former Elite Champion, Valora Salinas, and G. Ian Childress.

Eddie Vega – And they are also restarting 4 Winds Wrestling, as an interfed of which the CWF will be the foundation for.

Jessica Carr – And they’re going to use the results of the PPV’s that will never air, for the interfed that should not be named on both Vanguard and Warzone to make the CWF talent who fought in those matches, whole.

Eddie Vega – We don’t know fully what that means, but I’m actually looking forward to it. To top that off, we’re only Episode 4 and 5 away from Shadow Warfare. Things are starting to shape up as we now head into Canada, where our mid-season Pay Per View will be held.

Jessica Carr – And I’m so looking forward to that event.

Eddie Vega – So should we run down Vanguard first?

Jessica Carr – Well that will air first, so it should go first. And we have a HUGE couple of shows for you. We have six matches booked for each show. And Vanguard will start with the debut of “The Extreme Classic” Justin Windgate as he takes on Viper Squad member, “The Future” Kyle.

Eddie Vega – Kyle has been on the bad end of a couple of matches, he’s got a chance with a relative unknown to the CWF in Justin Windgate.

Jessica Carr – A test for both of them. Can Kyle recover after a couple of losses, or will Windgate impress the new owners in his first match up, and give Kyle another mark in the L column?

Eddie Vega – We’ll be moving from that to “Wicked” Kat Hale taking on my favorite member of the Kharnival, Katya Karnavalka. Although since losing the Tag Team Title match up a few shows ago, the Kharnival have been kinda stagnant.

Jessica Carr – Just like that last match, this one could be a make or break moment. Katya’s tag team partner came out on top this last show. Maybe they’re on the path up again.

Eddie Vega reads the next match and appears to double take at what he’s reading.

Jessica Carr – Something wrong, Eddie?

Eddie Vega – Uhm, am I reading this next match right?

Jessica Carr – Let me see. Yes, it says that Mysterion is taking on a returning Tarrasque!

Eddie Vega – Tarrasque was broken. He’s back?

Jessica Carr – Actually I heard he recently was a surprise entrant in another federations Rumble match up. So I guess he is.

Eddie Vega – I’ll be damned. What were the odds of that?

Jessica Carr – You’d know better than me.

Eddie Vega – Yes, I would. Maybe I should check with my bookie on if I ever bet on if he’d return or not.

Jessica Carr – After that, I’m told that Mr. Childress and Ms. Salinas have both invited the Upstarts to join them as we find out what will happen to them with the formation of the 4WW Interfed.

Eddie Vega – One has to wonder if Armand Von Krauss will be there as well. But I’m ready for this. Even if the Upstarts are just snot nosed kids pretending to be wrestlers.

Jessica Carr – That’s kinda harsh. Abby Dresden is in the Upstarts and she’s our Valor Champion.

Eddie Vega – That doesn’t change my mind.

Jessica Carr – And after that, we’ll have our Mascot, Lady Lana Hill taking on the other half of the Kharnival… the Marquis de Harlequin.

Eddie Vega – The Marquis fared pretty well last Vanguard in his singles debut against the also debuting Chris Ross.

Jessica Carr – And that’s who is in the next match, “The Keystone State Killa’ Chris Ross will be taking on the no longer Hardcore Steve Murdock!

Eddie Vega – Chris Ross is a pretty extreme guy. Murdock has sworn off Hardcore fights after how bad Monster Mammoth beat him. I do hope he’s ready for this one.

Jessica Carr – And you give me a lead in to Vanguard’s main event. The rest of the Viper Squad, Monster Mammoth and “The Airdevil” Madd Morales will face off against the former CWF Tag team champions, Akhlut and Kelea Thlunaught… Pacific Rim.

Eddie Vega – Mammoth is a beast. Morales is a high flying daredevil. But that’s not going to be anything that the other team doesn’t have in this match up.

Jessica Carr – Akhlut Thlunaught is just as big as Monster Mammoth, and his sister is the crazy spot machine. Although there have been some issues with Pacific Rim recently. If if they can get past those… being fraternal twins born from the same womb just minutes apart could be their win condition. If not, then Viper Squad could end up getting a win over the former champions.

Eddie Vega – This will be a test for Team Viper for sure. But like you said, Pac-rim has been having issues. Namely, Kelea Thlunaught seems to be afraid to even get into the ring anymore. Although she’s increased production on her… ahem, personal website.

Jessica Carr – You’re a subscriber of hers, too?

Eddie gives Jessica a look.

Eddie Vega – Uhm, well it’s not been a secret. But yes. She’s of legal age…

Jessica Carr – Well, that’s a rundown of Vanguard. Lets let the graphics guy in the other room do his job reailly quick and then we’ll move on to your show, Warzone.

Eddie Vega – You want to take the first Warzone match?

Jessica Carr – Don’t mind if I do. And this one I’m seriously looking forward to. As it’s Bastards vs. Upstarts in a singles match. It’s not his CWF Debut, but his CWF Singles debut… “The Dreadnaught” Miguel Lanza, Jr will be facing one on one with Eddie Williams.

Eddie Vega – Why?  Why are they doing that to Eddie? He just lost a bid for the Valor Champion with Lanza’s girlfriend.

Jessica Carr – Wait, what?

Eddie Vega – You saw how he carried Abby Dresden out to the ring. It’s obvius.

Jessica Carr – Okay, well guess you don’t READ what Kelea Thlunaught posts on her site, only look at the pictures.

Eddie Vega – What?

Jessica Carr pulls up her phone and looks to pull something up to show Eddie.

Eddie Vega – Uhm….I probably didn’t need to see that.

Jessica Carr – I did.  But, I’m looking forward to this match. Lanza is a huge signing for the CWF.

Eddie Vega – Well after that travesty of justice, we’re going to see Gabriel Tuck take on Mrs. O’Rourke in Apathy.

Jessica Carr – Well we know that Apathy’s husband, Eoin will be involved in some way here.

Eddie Vega – Of course. And after that, he’s going to be fighting Iro Waters!

Jessica Carr – Iro Waters actually helped Gabriel Tuck last Vanguard after Eoin O’Rourke damaged Tuck’s bike. Could we be seeing the start of a new friendship in the CWF for Gabriel Tuck?

Eddie Vega – Not sure. You do know what DTGT means right?

Jessica Carr – No, I don’t.

Eddie Vega – Don’t trust Gabriel Tuck. He’s just a shady guy.

Jessica Carr – That leads us to our half way mark, and guess we should point out that both Bad Company and The Bastards have been asked to join the new co-owners for their 4WW is going to make you whole segment. Now you and I were on the announce team at that show in London. I’m actually hoping this makes people whole.

Eddie Vega – Yes, give Rob Riot what he earned, damnit. Eddie, too!

Jessica Carr – What do you think it’ll be?

Eddie Vega – Cold Hard Cash. Best prize ever.

Jessica Carr – Well I can’t argue that. Now after that half way point, things are going to get interesting. As we’ll start with the second Bastard to appear on the show… Rob Riot will be facing the fraternal twin of Kronin Reinhardt, and one half of the tag team champions… with her brother, in Kara Reinhardt.

Eddie Vega – Oh, that woman scares the shit out of me.

Jessica Carr – Why?

Eddie Vega – A woman who has been trained by the military to know how to hurt you. She’s the cause of Kelea Thlunaught’s issues in the ring right now. Thankfully Rob Riot is going to show her that she’s not all that.

Jessica Carr – Well, when the Upstarts got taken out of the Trios title tourney, it was Kara Reinhardt who ate that pin… by Rob Riot.

Eddie Vega – that is correct. Now this next match I’m looking forward to. As Frank Windsor will face off against the recently debut Father Nathan.

Jessica Carr – Father Nathan took down Monster Mammoth last Warzone. So this could be the match that launches him into a huge contendership somewhere. And with only a couple more shows till Shadow Warfare.

Eddie Vega – He’s not a small guy. And he actually beat Mammoth. But, it’s Frank Windsor. He’ll be in a  mood after the way Greg Salazar beat him last Warzone.

Jessica Carr – And that leads us to the main event of the evening. As Greg Salazar, after a year finally gets a shot at the Valor Championship, currently held by Abbigail Dresden.

Eddie Vega – Wait, what? That brat Abbigail Dresden has to face Greg Salazar?

Jessica Carr – Yes.

Eddie Vega – Damnit, I’m going to have to put money down on Salazar for once. Like I might have to do a 3rd mortgage on my home to put some money down on Salazar.

Jessica Carr – What do you have against Abby Dresden?

Eddie Vega – 17 year old who thinks she’s the best out there?

Jessica Carr – Well she’s the daughter of Valora Salinas, and her father might be Rob Riot… if so she’s just like her stablemate, Testuo Oni… second generation wrestler, squared.

Eddie Vega – She’s not in Bad Company.

Jessica Carr – What?

Eddie Vega – Look, for the last few months, Ben has been telling me that Greg Salazar was Tetsuo Oni.

Jessica Carr – Yes, he was. He was the third one. There is not a fourth one, and SHE is part of the Upstarts. You saw her fly over a ladder during the Trios titles finale.

Eddie Vega – Oh! That’s right. The hot little Harajuku girl he put her lady parts in Rob Riot’s face.

Jessica Carr – Not going to touch that one. Well there  you have it. Big things happening in CWF. Nerdy guy, put up that graphic!

Eddie Vega – Well I know what I’m doing tonight. I’m heading to the sports bookie I use. Lots of bets needing to be done.

Jessica Carr – How much do you usually win?

Eddie Vega – Well, usually double my money on the smaller bets. I wish they’d confirm Riot beating that muscle head in that match in London. I have six figures held up on that one.

Jessica’s jaw suddenly goes slack.

Jessica Carr – Six figures?

Eddie Vega – Yeah.

Jessica Carr – Uhm, would you be interested in… introducing me to your bookie?

Eddie Vega – Sure, why not?

Jessica Carr – Well there you have it. Season 3 Episode 4 of both Vanguard and Warzone as the CWF continues to evolve and give a new definition to being the pinnacle of the Wrestling World.

Eddie Vega – So, we doing the line?

Jessica Carr – YES!

Both – And remember to #JoinThe Conquest!
