James Collins here with some news updates for the CWF. We’re starting today with updates for their new professional relationship.
As noted recently on the Season 2, Episode 8 of the CWF’s Flagship Show, Warzone, the CWF has entered into a relationship as an affiliate federation of the Ik0n Wrestling Network. As such the CWF has some great news for our fans, and the talent for things coming up.
First, the CWF’s shows starting with Urban Warfare will soon be seen on the Ik0n networks. Ik0n has both streaming and traditional cable TV Outlets.
This will start with Urban Warfare which will be broadcast on their Wrestle World Pay-Per-View network.
The following shows, starting Season 3 when the CWF will be conquering North America Warzone will air on the Alpha-One Network, and Vanguard will air on the Omega Network. This is a huge broadcasting deal for the CWF, giving them a much broader reach to bring in a new audience as well as make sure they’re getting to their existing audience.
To add onto this, Ik0n Wrestling Entertainment will be holding their first ever Huge Pay Per View, Champions Carnival on March 31rst in Madison Square Garden.
So far, two matches have been announced.
Up first, will be the main event of the show: the current CWF Conquest Champion, Rob Riot will be taking on the current Ik0n Triple Crown Champion, “The Celtic Beast” Bram Connan for that Ik0n Triple Crown strap. Of course, we wish Mr. Conan luck… he’ll need it. A lot of it.
After that, there is the Cataclysm Battle Royal, a 30 man battle royal in a cage. The last 8 people in the match will be getting rewards depending on their elimination order. Some of these rewards include currently vacant titles in the iK0n network of federations, or shots at titles, including up to a shot in the future at the Ik0n Triple Crown strap at a later date.
The CWF is happy to announce that as of today: They are offering a shot at the CWF’s Elite Title into that mix. The 2nd place in the Battle Royal will claim that prize, no matter which Ikon federation they’re in. Although we now also know that one CWF Talent has decided to step into the Cataclysm Battle Royal, our own two-time LWA Legendary Champion, Greg Salazar.
But now the update that a lot of people have been waiting for. A bit of a scoop for you all. The CWF will soon be entering into their 3rd Season as they start to conquer the western United States and Canada. Episode 1 of Warzone will come to you from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California! They will then move up the coast to Canada. Other dates we have seen so far include Portland, Tacoma, Vancouver, Calgary, Denver, Pheonix. More details to come as things get hammered out, especially with Vanguard added into the schedule.
